Everyone is invited!! Women, men, pregnant, postpartum, grandma, etc!
Come out for some fun and maybe even a workout!
Thomecia “Mimi” is a professional dancer (and doula) she will teach us the basics of twerking, along with some tips & tricks to elevate your current twerking skills!
Class will be 2pm @ I-inspire Studios 1735 Defoor Pl NW Atlanta, GA 30318
Dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable! Water, small towel, and knee pads are suggested. Babies & toddlers welcome!
